O Crédito do Trabalhador é uma nova modalidade de empréstimo consignado destinada a trabalhadores do setor privado com carteira assinada. A contratação é realizada por meio do aplicativo Carteira de Trabalho Digital (CTPS Digital), oferecendo condições mais vantajosas e taxas de juros reduzidas.
Passo a passo para solicitar o empréstimo:
1. Acesse o aplicativo CTPS Digital: Disponível para dispositivos móveis, o aplicativo permite que o trabalhador inicie o processo de solicitação do crédito.
2. Autorize o compartilhamento de dados: Será necessário permitir que as instituições financeiras habilitadas acessem informações como nome, CPF, margem consignável e tempo de empresa, em conformidade com a Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD).
3. Receba propostas de crédito: Após a autorização, as instituições financeiras enviarão ofertas de empréstimo em até 24 horas
4. Analise e escolha a melhor oferta: Compare as condições apresentadas e selecione a que melhor atende às suas necessidades.
5. Finalize a contratação: A conclusão do processo é feita diretamente no canal eletrônico da instituição financeira escolhida.
Pontos importantes:
Desconto em folha: As parcelas do empréstimo serão descontadas mensalmente diretamente na folha de pagamento, respeitando o limite de até 35% do salário disponível para consignação.
Garantias: O trabalhador pode utilizar até 10% do saldo do FGTS e 100% da multa rescisória como garantias do empréstimo.
Disponibilidade: O programa estará disponível a partir de 21 de março de 2025. Inicialmente, a contratação será exclusivamente pelo aplicativo CTPS Digital. A partir de 25 de abril, será possível realizar a contratação também pelos canais eletrônicos dos bancos participantes
Público-alvo: Além de funcionários de empresas privadas, empregados domésticos, trabalhadores rurais e funcionários de microempreendedores individuais (MEIs) também poderão solicitar o novo consignado.
