Lei 15.156/2025 amplia direitos trabalhistas para mães de crianças com deficiência decorrente da síndrome congênita por Zika
A Lei nº 15.156, sancionada em 1º de julho de 2025, introduz duas importantes alterações na CLT:
Art. 392, §6.º: Prorroga automaticamente em 60 dias a licença-maternidade para mães que deram à luz ou adotaram criança com deficiência permanente decorrente de síndrome congênita associada ao vírus Zika.
Art. 473, §2.º: Estende em 20 dias o prazo de afastamento previsto no inciso III para estas mães, em situações como acompanhamento médico ou recuperação.
Essas mudanças visam fortalecer a proteção jurídica e o cuidado materno-emocional em casos de elevada vulnerabilidade.
